Contact: no inbox, and who answers what
NP Board Prep keeps no inbox, takes no form submissions and lists no phone number, so nothing can be sent to it. Almost every question about an NP board exam has one office that can answer it, and that office is the certifying body.
Applying, testing and scores
Eligibility rulings, authorization to test, rescheduling, accommodations and score reports come only from the board that gives your exam:
- FNP-C, AGNP-C, PMHNP-C, ENP-C: NPCB
- FNP-BC, AGPCNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, PMHNP-BC: ANCC
- CPNP-PC, CPNP-AC: PNCB
- WHNP-BC, NNP-BC: NCC
- AOCNP: ONCC
- ACNPC-AG: AACN
- DCNP: DNPCB
A test-day problem at a Prometric or PSI site is reported to that company and to your board.
Licensure and prescribing
Whether your certification is accepted, and what you may prescribe, is decided by your state board of nursing, not by the certifying body and not here.
A wrong figure or a doubtful question
There is no way to report it to us directly. What exists instead: every figure names the document it came from and the day we opened it, and facts are re-read when that date expires or when a board publishes a new handbook. If a number here disagrees with the board's current document, go by the document. Practice questions are corrected the same way, against the outline and the guideline named in their explanation; see how we check.
The study apps
Support for a study app goes through the support link on that app's store listing.
